KZ Metlika z.o.o. is organized into four separate units in terms of income - programs and common administration:
Wine Program covering the Wine cellar and Viticulture,
Meat Program covering the Slaughterhouse and technologically also butcher shops,
Retail Sale Program with retail shops and catering,
Wholesale Dealer Program with the Log Sales Center, SC Ljubljana - it covers a warehouse with a discount store, a meat cutting premise and a shop on Litijska cesta 35, SC Izola, SC Murska Sobota, SC Nova Gorica
Administration: director, secretary's office, sales department, general affairs division, FAS, technical division, information department, co-operation and canteen.
KZ Metlika z.o.o. is organized as a limited liability cooperative in accordance with the Companies Act and the Cooperatives Act. Internal relations are regulated by the cooperative rules. Following the standard classification of activities, our primary activity is a Non-specialized wholesale of food, beverages, and tobacco products.
Currently, the Agricultural cooperative falls within the classification of large companies, with 240 employees. We strive to excel also in the quality of our products as well as the service, at supplying consumers with a complete offer, and to be good business partners.
