The Gorjanci spacious mountain in the north and the beautiful clear Kolpa river in the south have embraced it and at the same time, they form a natural border of the beautiful little country, which overwhelms every person already at the first contact with its soft hills, stalls with white birches, carefully cultivated vineyards and fields. The impressions are even stronger when friendly and hospitable locals invite you among themselves and offer you genuine local delicacies at which you cannot remain indifferent. Unfortunately, the changes in lifestyle and the continuous reduction of the number of farms have led to a chronic lack of genuine local meat products, therefore we have decided on a new program with the excessive emphasis on the originality and the genuine local treatment according to traditional methods of our fathers and grandfathers.
