Meat is still the cornerstone in the human diet. The considered choice and the quality preparation provide the human body with irreplaceable components, which are indispensable for a healthy life. In the agricultural cooperative METLIKA, we try hard to produce quality and healthy meat. Our production begins with the fattening of livestock and continues with the slaughtering and meat cutting. With careful selection of the purchase of young cattle, pigs and ruminants, the controlled breeding at farmers and cooperators, we assure the meat quality of a known origin - the Bela Krajina origin. In the cutting plant, we prepare meat for its own manufacture as well as wholesale and retail sales. We customly prepare micro and macro trimmed meat, which can be vacuum packaged or packaged in trays covered with foil.
